I am so glad I reached out to Laura for her Naturopath service. She has been amazing, offering so much support and knowledge. My focus was to improve my skin and immunity, however, I finished the ‘Gut Restore’ program with the ability to manage my stress, developed awareness of my nervous system, prioritised eating a nutritious breakfast, and so much more! My skin and gut health has continued to be really consistent. I haven’t had any significant flare ups with my rosacea or bloating episodes in the past few months (even over the Christmas period and on holiday in Bali!!).
